Oakfield supports young people to understand the emotional impact of pain or limited movement, build coping strategies, manage frustration, and maintain a positive sense of identity. We teach grounding skills, pacing strategies, pain-related coping tools and resilience-building techniques that help children stay engaged in meaningful activities.
Working alongside podiatrists and physiotherapists ensures emotional wellbeing support is fully integrated into rehabilitation and daily life.
