‘Yes of course, I have been with the company around 5 years and in that time I have gone from support worker, to senior support worker, to deputy and then now to Ofsted registered Manager’

‘I’ve loved it. I Love it here. Its nice to find somewhere that people want the best for you and the company will support you at every step to progress in your role and reach your aspirations’.

What would you say to staff that want to follow in your footsteps?’

‘Definitely do it! Becoming an Ofsted manager is not easy, you have to work hard– but you will always be supported every step of the way and take it as your own pace. The Ofsted Manager Training programme at Oakfield is brilliant and really prepares you to grow and reach the stage when you feel confident to take the step to management. Support is always ongoing once you do become a manager also which is great.’
