We feel that from the outset Oakfield have been keen to take our views as parents into account in order to provide the best possible care for our daughter. We consider that Oakfield value our views and input, and are not frightened to take advice from us when they feel it can be beneficial. This is something that we have not been able to say about all previous care providers.
