  • Frequent attender of A+E due to high risk-taking behaviours and suicide ideation
  • Repeated failed rehabilitation into the community

  • 7 month placement with Oakfield
  • Significant reduction and frequency of challenging behaviour
  • Successful reintegration within community
  • Engagement in trauma intensive therapeutic programme
  • Completion of family therapy work
  • Successful transition back home to family
