A Great Job if you Really want to make a difference
In the year I’ve worked at Oakfield’s I’ve learnt so much. I feel like I’ve really made a difference to the young people I work with. The regular training offered has grown my confidence, and equipped me with the tools needed to bring about positive changes to the young people.
Within the unit that I work, I’ve met so many brilliant people. All from a variety of backgrounds and professions who are all incredibly supportive of each-other. I’ve definitely made some friends for life during my time here.
I have a great professional relationship with management and feel supported and inspired within my job role. I’m really excited to see how the company grows and develops over the next few years.
